We LOVE Getting questions!
We understand that seeing a physio can be daunting. Let us take some of the anxiety away by answering some common questions before you come in for your appointment.
No question is too big or too small.
If we haven't answered the question you were looking for, you can contact us here.
Otherwise, please feel free to give us a call on

No! As a recognised first contact practitioner in Australia Physiotherapists can diagnose, assess and treat injuries without any referral. A Physiotherapist can also refer for imaging if needed. However, your Physiotherapist will normally work with your Doctor so that you can receive the best possible care. If your problem is covered by WorkCover, DVA, EPC or CTP (after a motor vechicle accident), you will require a GP referral and appropriate proof of liability.
Your care is our priority, and that's why we don't bulk bill.
Bulk billing works on volume. We work on outcomes. Choosing not to bulk bill means we can protect appointment quality, fairly support our clinical team, and ensure every session is focused entirely on you — not on squeezing in the next patient.
We know that out-of-pocket costs are real, and we don't take that lightly. That's why we work across a range of funding streams: private health insurance, DVA, EPC/GP Chronic Condition Management Plans, NDIS, and Workers Compensation, to make access as straightforward as possible.
Physiotherapy appointments are covered under private health care insurance and sometimes is partially covered by Medicare when referred by your G.P with the appropriate paperwork. To find out the value of an appointment, or to book in to see a physiotherapist, please phone our reception staff.
