Is pain slowing you down?

Are you sick of aches and pains that won't go away on their own? Or have you had a recent injury that you don't know how to fix? If so, we're here to help at Three Pillar Health. Our approach is goals focused, meaning we tailor your treatment to what you want to achieve. Typically we first reduce pain and restore movement, then build strength and confidence in your body, and help you return to the activities you love.

How can we help?

Think of our focus areas as interests, not limits on who can help you. If you're unsure which service fits, call the clinic and ask.

  • Zac assessing a patient's shoulder

    Musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Back pain, neck pain, headaches that won't settle, or a sore shoulder, knee or hip. We assess your muscles, joints and nerves. You'll leave your first session with a detailed diagnosis and a management plan, so you know what's going on and what your options are.

    Sports physiotherapy

An injury stopping you from training? Whether you're a recreational runner or a weekend warrior, we start with an injury assessment and diagnosis. Then it's hands-on treatment and exercise to get you back to it, and to help prevent the next injury.

  • A physiotherapist holding up the Vesticam phone display while a patient wears the goggles

    Vestibular rehabilitation

For vertigo, dizziness and feeling off balance. Your first session starts with a detailed chat about your symptoms, when they started and how long they last. Then we assess you with vision-denied goggles to find the cause, and design a rehab program to help reduce your symptoms.

  • A physiotherapist's hands holding an anatomical skull model to show the jaw joint

    Jaw pain

Clicking or locking, pain with chewing, teeth grinding, or headaches around the temples. At your first visit we do muscle and joint testing and take a thorough case history, so your treatment plan is designed for your specific type of jaw pain.

  • Kylie listening to a patient's breathing through a stethoscope on their back

    Respiratory physiotherapy

  • Speech pathologist Jonathon Cronk sharing a picture book with a young child during a session

    Speech pathology

Speech pathology for children and adults, from speech sounds and language to stuttering, literacy and voice. We work with you as a family and show you how to keep it going at home. We can also see your child at home, at school or at child care.

So what should I expect?

Your initial consultation will involve a comprehensive assessment where we discuss your symptoms, concerns and medical history, followed by a physical examination to determine the cause of your problem. Once we have a diagnosis, we will work together to form a treatment plan which will help to achieve your goals and address your problem.

45 minutes, when you book privately

A private initial appointment runs 45 minutes, so there's room for a thorough assessment and a real conversation. Appointments funded by an EPC care plan, WorkCover or DVA run 30 minutes.

A written management plan

After visit one you get your diagnosis, the path forward, and how long it should take. You take it home rather than trying to remember it.

The same clinician every visit

You build a real relationship with one person, and you're treated the same on your last visit as your first. If you don't need to come back, we'll tell you.
