Musculoskeletal physiotherapy in Albany Creek.

Are you searching for physiotherapy to help you with your back pain? Or do you suffer from headaches and they don't seem to be getting better? Neck, back, shoulder, knee or hip, our physios can help. We take the time to work out what's really going on, then give you a clear plan to get back to what you love.

The everyday stuff, and the stubborn pains or injuries.

This is the bread and butter of the clinic: the joints and muscles that stop you training, working and getting through the day.

Backs and necks
Back and neck pain, whether it turned up this week or has been part of your life for years.
Shoulders and knees
Bursitis, rotator cuff strains, ligament injuries and osteoarthritis, and the sore shoulder or knee that's stopping you training.
Everyday aches and injuries
Sprains and strains, elbows and wrists, and the headaches that come from your neck.
Post-operative rehab
From strengthening before the operation to getting back to sport or daily life. We work closely with your surgeon and treating GP.
Chronic pain
If it's been there for 3 months or more, you might have chronic pain. We help you understand it, and give you strategies you can actually use to manage it.
Hips, ankles and feet
Hip bursitis and osteoarthritis, ankle sprains, plantar fasciopathy and achilles tendinopathy.

So what should I expect?

Your initial consultation will involve a comprehensive assessment where we discuss your symptoms, concerns and medical history, followed by a physical examination to determine the cause of your problem. Once we have a diagnosis, we will work together to form a treatment plan which will help to achieve your goals and address your problem.

45 minutes, when you book privately

A private initial appointment runs 45 minutes, so there's room for a thorough assessment and a real conversation. Appointments funded by an EPC care plan, WorkCover or DVA run 30 minutes.

A written management plan

After visit one you get your diagnosis, the path forward, and how long it should take. You take it home rather than trying to remember it.

The same clinician every visit

You build a real relationship with one person, and you're treated the same on your last visit as your first. If you don't need to come back, we'll tell you.

We see everyday people, just like you.

Active parents

Shoulder, knee or back pain getting in the way of training and chasing the kids? We find what you can keep doing while we rehab the injury, and get you back to it in a way that lasts.

After surgery

Jarred Megaw's areas of focus include sporting injuries, strength work and post-operative rehab. Your plan is written down after visit one, so you always know what comes next.
